Help your child to have faith and believe in God. Send them to Sunday School. All of our once-a-month classes are based on the Bible readings for that week. Join us and have your child learn about her faith.

2026 Annual Meeting
Please join us for our Annual Meeting, which will take place on Sunday, February 8 immediately following the 9 AM Service of Holy Eucharist. A brunch will also be provided.
New Service Times:
Please note that our calendar has changed. The second Sunday of the month is our Sunday Morning Service of Holy Eucharist with Sunday School. The first and fourth Sundays are services of Holy Eucharist at 4 PM as well as Morning Prayer at 9 AM. Finally, the third Saturday, (yes, Saturday) of the month we will be having a service of Holy Eucharist at 4 PM followed by a service of Morning Prayer the next day, Sunday at 9 AM. On September 13, 1914, Hannah Clark held the first session of the Meshanticut Park Sunday School in her home on Cranston Street. Assisted by her sister-in-law Mrs. William Jepson, she taught her own five children, plus six others. From this humble, faith-filled beginning, grew St. David’s on-the-Hill. Originally a mission of All Saints’ Memorial Church, Providence, St. David’s was incorporated in 1921, became self-supporting in 1946 and was accepted as an independent parish in 1950. St. David’s on-the-Hill is proud to be an inclusive, open and affirming community that welcomes everyone, regardless of faith background. We welcome all who seek God’s presence, all baptized Christians, to join us at Christ’s table.
