Outreach

At St. David’s-on-the-Hill giving back to the community is something that we strive to do. Our outreach comes in many different forms to help out people where they need it.

Sharing the Word of God and the Eucharist with those who cannot get to church is important. We do this by bringing the Holy Eucharist to the Hope Alzheimer’s Center. Our priest, Father Ed, takes time every month to visit and have a service of Holy Eucharist.

We collaborate with other churches to serve at the Church Beyond the Walls.

We also help women and children at the Sstarbirth Center. Our church sends food year-round, and we also send gift cards at Christmastime. This initiative is particularly dear to our congregation, and we strive to extend our support beyond the holiday season, providing ongoing assistance to those in need. Through these efforts, we aim to bring comfort and aid to vulnerable members of our community, reinforcing the spirit of compassion and solidarity that lies at the core of our beliefs.
